The Town of The Blue Mountains is excited to announce the launch of new online services including online permit submissions, inspection requests, by-law enforcement complaint submission, and department-specific service requests and compliments.
The Towns online service system allows residents and stakeholders to access various Town services 24/7 from their computer or smartphone, and from the comfort of their own home.
Available online services include:
- Permit Submission & Inspection Request- NEW
- By-law Enforcement Complaint Submission- NEW
- Service Requests & Compliments- NEW
- Parking Ticket Payment
- Business Directory Submission
- Council Meeting Live Webcast
“The addition of new online services is a great example of the Towns commitment to continued customer service improvements” explained Chief Administration Officer Shawn Everitt. “We are hopeful that residents will find the Service Request System extremely useful as they can submit a service request directly to a Town department with the ability to include information, pictures and documents as appropriate. We look forward to hearing feedback on their initiative”
