Take notice that the Town of The Blue Mountains will hold a Public Information Centre regarding Development Charges.
Take notice that on Monday, March 11, 2019, the Town of The Blue Mountains will hold a Public Information Centre regarding proposed development charge rates and policies that will be applied throughout the Town.
The purpose of the public information centre is to present findings outlined in the 2019 Development Charges Background Study and provide the public with an opportunity to ask questions. The Statutory Public Meeting, as required by the Development Charges Act, will be held immediately following the public information centre (7:00P.M. in Council Chambers, Town Hall, Town of The Blue Mountains). Any questions or comments raised at the public information centre will be recorded and entered into the public record as part of the statutory public meeting.
Should any person like to make written or verbal representation in support or opposition to the by-law before Council, they may do so at the statutory public meeting immediately following the public information centre.
