This Public Notice is being considered at the Committee of the Whole meeting on September 16, 2019.
The purpose of this application is to consider a request to construct a single detached dwelling on the subject lands. The effect of this application is to amend Section 4.14 of the Zoning By-law so as to permit development on a lot which does not have frontage on an open and year-round maintained public street. If approved, the proposed site-specific amendment would permit Building Permits to be issued for the lands. The legal description of the subject lands is Lot 2, Plan 807.
