The Thornbury Pier is now closed for the season.
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public that the Thornbury Pier is now closed for the season. Barrier fencing has been installed across the pier access to ensure public safety.
The closure of the pier is due to the above-average water levels and high winds that the region has been experiencing. In addition, crews will be conducting regular maintenance to the Thornbury Pier to ensure it is ready for next season.
