The Town of The Blue Mountains has launched a second public survey to gain feedback from the community to support the development of the vision and objectives for the Town’s Community Sustainability Plan.

The survey will be available until Friday, July 16, 2021 and can be accessed by visiting www.thebluemountains.ca/survey. Paper copies are available upon request by calling 519-599-3131 ext. 235 or through curbside pickup at The Blue Mountains Public Library.

“We want to thank the community for providing invaluable input into Phase 1 of the TBM Future Story, the results of the survey helped guide staff into this second phase of engagement, which will really set our path forward into the development of the finalized Community Sustainability Plan,” says Deputy Mayor and Sustainability Advisory Committee Member, Rob Potter. “The results of the Phase 2 Visioning Survey will be fundamental to setting our community’s vision and objectives into the future of sustainability in The Blue Mountains and set the course for generations to come.”

Background Information on the Community Sustainability Plan

The Town of The Blue Mountains is creating a Community Sustainability Plan to ensure the Town and its residents, workers and visitors thrive for generations to come. We're calling this the TBM Future Story. The plan development process will include discussions around how we build upon the community’s unique attributes while creating a shared path towards a future of increased livability, vibrancy and health of all living systems in The Blue Mountains.

We want to hear your ideas on ways we can make the most of what we love about The Blue Mountains and our community while supporting changes that make life here even better.
