The Revised June 14, 2023 Special Council Agenda Package is available, and was revised to include the following:
- B: Deputations Section
- D: Correspondence Section
- E.2 Committee of the Whole Report dated June 6, 2023 as it relates to CSOPS.23.032 Addition of Elma Street to Thornbury West Phase 1A (Note: all other recommendations considered at the June 6, 2023 COW Meeting will be considered at the June 19, 2023 Council Meeting)
Members of the public who wish to provide correspondence or deputations for inclusion on the Revised Agenda of June 14, 2023 are able to submit materials until 9:00 a.m. on Monday June 12, 2023.
Comments received from the public that have not been included on the Agenda, will be read at the meeting by the Town Clerk.
