NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Thornbury Business Improvement Area Board will hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, commencing at 5:30 p.m.
The Thornbury Business Improvement Area Board requests that members submit written comments regarding the Proposed 2025 Thornbury Business Improvement Area Budget by Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at noon for inclusion on the meeting agenda. Comments received after 12 noon on June 17, 2026, and up to noon on Monday, June 22, 2026, will be read at the meeting.
Written comments should be addressed to the Chair, Doug Smith, and may be emailed to info@thornbury.ca, or mailed c/o PO Box 662, Thornbury, ON N0H 2P0.
Notice is hereby given that the Thornbury BIA will present its 2026 Proposed Budget to Council of The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains on June 29, 2026, for consideration and adoption by Council.
Copies of the BIA 2026 Proposed Budget, BIA Audited 2025 Financial Statements and The Agenda Package for the June 24, 2026, are now available for review.
