The Town of The Blue Mountains is excited to announce the launch of its new virtual assistant on the Town website.
The new tool is designed to enhance the user's online experience by helping them quickly find information and navigate town services. The virtual assistant provides a summary of information available on the Town website and provides a link to the page for additional resources.
Accessible from every page on the Town website, the virtual assistant is available 24/7 to support residents, businesses and visitors. Users are encouraged to try the virtual assistant and provide feedback to help the Town continue to improve the service. A Terms of Use Disclaimer is available on the Town website that provides additional information about the assistant.
Town staff are available to help the public during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Town staff can also be reached by phone at (519) 599-3131 or by using the staff directory found on the Town website.
