Town Launches First “Blue Means Business” Survey

Blue Means Business Annual Survey
Press Releases

The Town of The Blue Mountains has launched its first Blue Means Business Survey and invites business owners and operators in The Blue Mountains to provide input and feedback.

The survey will be used to gain insight into current challenges and opportunities facing the local business community. The survey will be available until May 13, 2022, and can be accessed by visiting the Economic Development webpage. Paper copies are available upon request by calling (519) 599-3131 x269 or through pickup at Town Hall and The Blue Mountains Public Library.

The survey is open to all business owners and operators in The Blue Mountains. The results will serve as a benchmark for the action items included in the 2021-2025 Economic Development Strategy. The check-in with the business community will help ensure that the Economic Development Strategy action items remain relevant and continue to meet the needs of businesses while supporting the overall economic development goals of the Town.

“On behalf of the Economic Development Advisory Committee, I am thrilled we are launching our first Blue Means Business survey,” says Deputy Mayor and Chair of the Economic Development Advisory Committee Peter Bordignon. “This survey is crucial to understanding and having a pulse on our business community and ensure we are targeting initiatives that will support overall business acceleration and growth in The Blue Mountains.”
