The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of upcoming vaccination clinics scheduled this summer in the Town of The Blue Mountains.
The Grey Bruce Public Health Unit is hosting clinics at the Beaver Valley Community Centre in Thornbury on the following dates:
- Tuesday, July 12, 2022, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Tuesday, September 6, 2022, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
First, second, third, and fourth doses are being administered to all eligible age groups.
Appointments can be booked online using the provincial booking system: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/. Walk-in appointments will also be welcomed.
In addition, there are clinics scheduled throughout Grey Bruce over the summer. A complete schedule of planned clinics in all of Grey Bruce can be found on the Grey Bruce Health Unit website by visiting: www.publichealthgreybruce.on.ca.
“Although COVID cases are declining throughout Ontario, being fully vaccinated is still the best protection against getting seriously ill,” explained Mayor Alar Soever. “I encourage all those who are eligible to get their fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible.”
