Please be advised that half-load restrictions for urban areas have been lifted as of Thursday, April 30, 2026, pursuant to By-Law No. 2010-54. This allows for increased transportation efficiency and flexibility for Town works, construction and utility companies. Rural roadways will remain under half load restrictions to prevent damage to road surfaces during the spring thaw.

The roads highlighted in red are subject to half-load restrictions when Axle Weight Restrictions signs are in place. The Town does not provide Axle Weight Restriction exemption permits for construction-related activities.
