Most homes have room for energy and carbon emissions improvements. You can divest your home from fossil fuels and add renewables. Learn how to take advantage of available funding and newly announced funding opportunities to retrofit your home. A certified home energy auditor and licensed service organization, Environment Network, will be presenting information on the programs and available retrofit options for your home. Join us for this free workshop.

A friendly group of painters of all skill levels meet every Tuesday morning from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Marsh Street Centre in Clarksburg. We are pleased to announce the dates of our 2022/23 gatherings. Fall/Winter Sept 13 to Dec 20, Winter/Spring Jan 10 to May 30. Tables available to set up your work in your medium of choice…. oil, acrylic or water colour. Lots of encouragement and gentle advice is available. Weekly fee is $13. Special monthly workshops available as well for an additional fee.

TBM Repair Café

The TBM Repair Café has been a huge success and we continue to look for volunteers who can assist in fixing things.
No qualifications required just a desire to extend the lifespan of items and keep them from going to our landfill.

We are open on the 4th Saturday of every month from 9 to noon. Community volunteers fix/mend items brought in for free while enjoying a free coffee or a nice cup of tea and cookies.

Bruce Trail Blue Mountains Annual End to End Hike

Join us this spring for the Blue Mtns Bruce Trail Club all new End-to-End hike event. This year we are offering a 2 or 3 day hike. Both hikes will wind their way through the beautiful and varied terrain of the Blue Mountains Club trails from Lavender to Swiss Meadows with checkpoint stations along the way.
