Short Term Accommodation Licenses

As the Town transitions to a new software program, we are temporarily updating the STA licensing process. Effective immediately, all STA submissions must be submitted through the link below. This interim solution will help us manage requests more efficiently until the new system is launched:

Utility Billing and Property Taxes

  • View account information and sign up for e-billing for property taxes and utility bills.

New Users

Please have your customer ID from a tax or utility bill and your name exactly as it appears on the bill handy when you login.


Resident Parking Permits

  • Register your vehicle(s) for free parking at all Town-owned paid parking locations.
  • Residents can also visit Town Hall to register their vehicles.
  • Vehicle registration and proof of residency are required.

Friends and Family Parking Permits

Residents can register guest vehicles for a temporary digital parking permit for $5 plus HST per day, for up to 14 calendar days. To register a guest vehicle, residents must have a valid Household Account and provide the visitor’s licence plate number and the dates the passes will be used.

Non-resident Parking Permit

Residents in neighbouring municipalities (Municipality of Meaford, Municipality of Grey Highlands, Clearview Township and Town of Collingwood) can purchase a parking pass for $100.00 + HST.
