The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of upcoming Grey County road projects happening within the Town of The Blue Mountains.
- Grey Road 40 Reconstruction and Widening
Work is scheduled from early May to late September from Grey Road 13 in the Town of The Blue Mountains to Grey Road 7 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands. The project will include culvert and guiderail replacement, and widening to include paved shoulders. This project will include alternating lane closures at times.
Public Information Session
Grey County is hosting a come-and-go public information session regarding this project on Thursday, April 18 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Marsh Street Centre in Clarksburg. All those interested are invited to attend.
The county would like to remind the public that planned construction dates are estimated, and that projects may be impacted by weather conditions and other delays. Please plan your routes accordingly and allow extra time to safely reach your destination if travelling through a construction zone. Obey all posted signage and use extra caution when workers are present.
