The goal is to serve, protect, and provide a desired quality of life for residents and visitors of the Town of The Blue Mountains. Proposed Backyard Hens By-law
The Town is developing a Backyard Hens By-law to allow and regulate the keeping of chickens in the Town’s residential zones. The by-law will not change or affect the keeping of chickens in agricultural or rural zones where agricultural uses are already permitted.
