Corporate Strategic Plan

The Town of The Blue Mountains is developing a new Corporate Strategic Plan to shape Our Path Forward for the Town and the community. StrategyCorp has been retained to lead the project and to engage with Council and the community to identify the long-term vision, mission and priorities to guide and strategically manage the future direction.

The development of the Corporate Strategic Plan will help define long-term goals and prioritize resources effectively. The strategic plan will build upon the strong work already completed, including various Town strategies and master plans. Engaging residents, rights-holders, community partners, staff and Council is a critical component of this process.
