Resident Parking Permits

All residents of the Town of The Blue Mountains are permitted to park for free at all paid parking locations owned by the Town by registering their licence plate online or at Town Hall. Town parking permits do not permit residents to park in privately owned paid parking lots. As of 2025, physical hanging parking passes will no longer be issued or accepted.

New for 2026: When registering a vehicle, residents will be required to set up a household account. This is a new feature that allows residents to register multiple household vehicles under one account and easily manage temporary permits for visiting guests throughout the year. Household accounts require a new, one-time setup, even if you registered a vehicle in previous years.
