The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public that Clearway Construction has begun mobilizing to Lora Bay Park to begin assembly of the new outfall pipe for the Thornbury Wastewater Treatment Plant. They will be working this week to install security fencing and place equipment. Public access to the park is expected to be restricted until October 2026.

Temporary Closure - Clendenan Conservation Area

On behalf of the Grey Sauble Conservation Authority, the Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public that the Clendenan Conservation Area is closed until further notice due to flooding of the property.

Conservation Authority staff will be installing a barricade and caution tape at the entrance and signing other access areas. The entire property will remain closed until water levels recede and it is safe to reopen.
