The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to invite local vendors to be a part of a new tradition during The Blue Mountains Grants & Donations Committee Oktoberfest event happening on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 281 in Clarksburg.
In the spirit of Bavarian festivals, local food, beverage, art and craft vendors from the Town are invited to set up a table from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the event. If you are interested in becoming a vendor at this year’s event and would like an application form, please email Councillor Andrea Matrosovs using the contact information provided below.
As a pilot project for 2021, a donation to the Town’s Community Grants & Donations fund is welcomed in lieu of a vendor table fee.
Please note, the number of accepted applications will depend on available table space under tents, with priority to vendors who live or operate in the Town of the Blue Mountains. Accepted vendors will be asked for a firm confirmation in advance in order to offer available spaces to those on the waitlist.
