The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to provide residents with an update regarding the status of construction for the Thornbury Pier Resurfacing Project.
The contractor has completed pouring concrete to complete the pier surface, and has moved on to installing new ladders and curbs. These features, along with final site clean up, are scheduled to occur over the next two weeks.
“We’re excited to see the final phase of this project begin, and looking forward to welcoming our local community and visitors back to the pier,” stated Director of Community Services, Ryan Gibbons. “I would again like to thank all residents for their patience and understanding throughout this project.”
