TBM Repair Café

On the 4th Saturday of every month (except July, August and December) 9am-noon area residents have the opportunity to bring their broken items to the Repair Café, where community volunteers use their skills to help repair them for free. We also share some social time, with coffee or a nice cup of tea and cookies. This adventure not only brings our community together to help our neighbours, it also lengthens the life of the items repaired/mended, diverts items going to our landfill and saves taxpayers money!

Kids Can - Cozy Crêpe Spirals

Our Kids Can program is back, and we’re heading into February with a sweet treat! Join us for a fun and flavorful adventure as we make Cozy Crêpe Spirals—a warm, tasty snack that’s just as enjoyable to create as it is to eat.

Young chefs will get hands-on experience measuring, scooping, rolling, and cooking with a skillet. Along the way, they’ll build confidence in the kitchen while learning essential cooking and baking skills. Registration is required. Ages 8 and up.

The Icelandic Ring Road, also known as Route #1, is a national road that runs all around the country, connecting major towns and cities. The road is a little over 1300km long, making it the longest road in Iceland.

This energetic, four-week hip-hop series happens every Thursday from 3:30-4:30 pm in the Gallery, perfect for kids ready to groove and learn some new moves. The full four weeks is just $50 per child, making it a great, budget-friendly way to keep the kids active and engaged. Remember to bring some water and a clean pair of running shoes. Ages 10+
