  June 2, 2020 – PDS.20.40 

  • Staff Report PDS.20.40 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on June 2, 2020. The report provided Staff recommendation for Council to support a recommendation to the County of Grey to grant Draft Plan Approval of Subdivision, subject to the outlined conditions. The report also recommended that Council enact a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the subject lands to the Residential One Exception ‘R1-1-44’ and Hazard ‘H’ zone to allow for the development of single detached dwellings. Committee voted 7-0 in favour of the motions which were adopted at the Council Meeting held on June 15, 2020.
