At this time, no plans have been submitted to the Town for review, and no active development projects are underway for the lands known as Site B and Sites E/F in Blue Mountain Village. The owner, Freed Hotels and Resorts, has prepared conceptual plans and previously made two deputations to Council outlining their vision for the site.

Freed Developments is the current owner of the remaining development sites (Site B and Sites E/F) within Blue Mountain Village. No formal development plans or applications have been submitted to the Town for review.
