Staff Report PDS.24.029 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on February 27, 2024. The report recommended approving an amendment to Zoning By-law 2018-65 for the subject land. Specifically, it proposed rezoning the area from Development (D) Zone to Residential One Exception (R1-1-147-h45) Zone, with certain exceptions and holding provisions. The Committee voted 6-0 in favor of the motion, and the decision was ratified at the Council Meeting held on March 11, 2024.

March 19, 2024 – PDS.24.046
Staff Report PDS.24.046 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on March 19, 2024. This report recommended that Council support a proposal to Grey County for granting Draft Plan Approval for a Vacant Land Condominium on the subject property. The Committee approved this recommendation with a 6-0 vote.
At the Council Meeting on April 2, 2024, Staff Report PDS.24.054 was presented as a follow-up to provide further clarity on certain conditions outlined in the previous report (PDS.24.046) and propose minor administrative adjustments to these conditions.
Council voted 7-0 to carry the motion, accepting the clarifications and adjustments proposed in PDS.24.054.
