May 19, 2020 – PDS.20.50
Staff Report PDS.20.50 was presented at a Special Committee of the Whole meeting on May 25, 2020. The report provides additional information regarding questions raised by Council when considering the previous Staff Report PDS.20.34. Council voted 7-0 to endorse the County of Grey to grant Draft Plan Approval of Subdivision and Draft Plan Approval of Condominium, subject to outlined Draft Plan Conditions, and to enact a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the subject lands. Council also voted to direct staff to register on the title of each lot that Short Term Accommodations are not permitted. This decision was adopted at the June 1, 2020 Council meeting.

- Staff Report PDS.23.052 provides a recommendation to the Director of Planning and Development Services to grant Site Plan Approval to Primont (Peak Meadows) Inc. to permit a Temporary Sales Office for the Ridge Estates Block 38 development. The Site Plan Agreement is subject to outlined conditions regarding the general site development and operation.
