SubscribeThe purpose of these applications is to consider a development proposal for an eight lot Plan of Subdivision on the subject lands. Six new residential lots are proposed along a Common Elements Condominium Road extending east from Salzburg Place, one residential lot is proposed off of Sleepy Hollow Road, and one large lot is proposed to be retained for open space and future development purposes.
