The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of temporary lane restrictions for full road reconstruction as part of the Thornbury West Reconstruction Phase 1 project.

The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of an upcoming temporary lane restriction. A portion of Grey Road 19 in Craigleith will be closed on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 to allow the Water Department to repair a water service in front of 796561 Grey Road 19. The work will take place on the shoulder of the road with traffic control yielding to oncoming traffic.
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of an upcoming temporary lane restriction. A portion of Moore Crescent in Thornbury will be closed on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 to allow the Water Department to repair a water service in front of 97 Moore Crescent. The work area will be coned off and vehicles will have room to manoeuvre around.
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of an upcoming temporary lane restriction on Alfred Street West, from Victoria Street South to Bruce Street South, in Thornbury. The Town's Water Department will be repairing a water service at 14 Alfred Street West. The north lane will be forced to yield to oncoming traffic, and the sidewalk will have to be removed in order to complete the repair. Site crew will be able to assist people in crossing the work area safely.
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of a temporary road closure on Bay Street East, from Grey Street North to Lake Shore Road, in Thornbury. The Town's Water Department will be working on an emergency water service repair at 222 Bay Street East. School buses will be allowed passage at the end of the day, but the road will be closed to all other vehicles until the repair is completed.
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of an upcoming temporary lane restriction on Alice Street West, from Baring Street to Beaver Street South, in Thornbury. The Town's Water Department will be working on repairing a water service in front of 140 Alice Street West. Both lanes will remain open until school buses have passed through.
On behalf of the Town of the Blue Mountains, Tatham Engineering Limited has completed the design and engineering for the replacement of Bridges 2 and 3 across Mill Creek. The project has been tendered and awarded to HugoMB Contracting Inc. Construction is anticipated to begin in June 2022.
On behalf of the Town of The Blue Mountains, Tatham Engineering has completed preliminary design, detailed design and tendering for the Thornbury West Reconstruction - Phase 1A. This phase includes sections of Victoria Street, Louisa Street, Alice Street and Beaver Street.
