The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of an upcoming virtual Public Information Centre (PIC) that has been scheduled regarding the Bay Street East Reconstruction project.
The Town of The Blue Mountains is pleased to announce that the 2024 intake period for applications to the Town's Community Improvement Plans will open on Monday, March 11, 2024. Applications will be accepted until Friday, April 19, 2024.

The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of an upcoming virtual Public Information Centre (PIC) that has been scheduled regarding the 125 Peel Street Servicing project.
The Town of The Blue Mountains has launched a public survey to gain feedback regarding the development of a new community park in Craigleith.
Over the past several years, the Town has strategically acquired six hectares of parkland in Craigleith from the Windfall, Second Nature, and Blue Vista development sites. The intent is to transform the land into a regional community park for all to enjoy over the next five years.
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to provide an update about the Campus of Care. The project is expected to bring 160 long-term-care beds to the Town. It will also provide a range of retirement home living options, such as affordable housing and attainable housing units (e.g., townhouses and apartments), daycare facilities, and certain commercial uses.
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of upcoming temporary lane restrictions. Vehicles will need to yield to oncoming traffic in the area between 160 Peel Street South and 162 Bay Street West on Thursday, November 30 and Friday, December 1. This is to allow MTE Consultants Inc.
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of ongoing construction activity at the east end of Lakeshore Road East and on the municipal sewage pumping station property in Craigleith.

The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to inform the public that trees slated for removal within the boundaries of the Thornbury West Phase 1B Reconstruction project are scheduled to be marked this week.
The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of upcoming temporary lane restrictions. Alternating lanes will be closed on West Ridge Drive at the Lora Bay Drive roundabout beginning Monday, October 23 through to Monday, November 6. This is to allow Arnott Construction to install a new culvert on behalf of the Town. Access for residents and emergency vehicles will be maintained.
