As the current contract with Events for Life comes to an end, the Town of The Blue Mountains is seeking bids from interested parties to operate the food and drink concession area at the Beaver Valley Community Centre in Thornbury through to the end of April 2027.
The operator shall be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the concession area, including by not limited to staffing, purchasing, food preparation, service, waste removal, sanitation and janitorial maintenance. The operator shall ensure that the supply and sale of food and drink within the concession area are available during peak times such as evenings, weekends, events and sports tournaments.
