Mandate
The mandate of the Working Group is to enable adynamic collaboration between dedicated residents, municipal staff, and designated Council members in the following areas:
- Identify and address knowledge and service gaps
- Strategic planning and program development
- Partnership development
- Intergovernmental collaboration
- Funding strategy exploration
- Advocacy and policy influence
- Knowledge sharing and networking
- Community engagement and support
Terms of Reference
The Working Group's Terms of Reference define its purpose and structures, including rules for membership, voting, quorum, remuneration, meetings and more.
Members
The Working Group will be comprised of up to four residents from the Town of The Blue Mountains with demonstrated relevant experience and/or interest in contributing to the Working Group, up to two members of Town Staff and one designated Council member representative as selected by Council.
