  • Staff Report PDS.21.106 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on September 1, 2021. The report provides a review and recommendation to Council to remove the Holding ‘-h6’ symbol from the Sleepy Hollow Subdivision to allow for the construction of dwellings. The Committee voted 7-0 to enact a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove the Holding ‘-h6’ symbol, which was ratified at the October 4, 2021, Council Meeting.
