The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public of an upcoming virtual Public Information Centre (PIC) that has been scheduled regarding the Lakewood Drive Reconstruction project. The PIC is being held to present the 90% design and to provide more details on changes to the scope, anticipated timelines and expected construction impacts. The meeting will include a public comment and question period. All those interested in the project are invited to attend. Pre-registration is required.

When: Thursday, March 26, 2026 – 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Town has identified Lakewood Drive for reconstruction due to deficiencies with the water distribution and sewage collection systems. The subdivision was constructed in 1971, and is now due for replacement of the inground works. The road will be reconstructed and the ditches reshaped and cleared of trees.
