Corporate Strategic Plan

The Town’s Corporate Strategic Plan outlines the vision, mission, values and priorities that guide how the Town plans projects, allocates resources and delivers services in the years ahead.

The Plan serves as the Town’s North Star, providing strategic alignment across departments and helping ensure that day-to-day work, long-term planning and major initiatives move forward in support of a shared corporate and community direction.
