SubscribeThe proposal is to create a subdivision of 33 single detached lots. The proposal includes a new road to be constructed for access to the lots. The lands were previously rezoned to allow single detached dwellings and are currently Residential R1-1-h7, as part of a previous draft plan of subdivision. The h7 suffix is a holding provision that applies to lands have been zoned for development and/or received draft plan approval for a future condominium. The h7 provision may be lifted upon the execution of a development agreement and granting of site plan approval or registration of a plan of condominium.
This new subdivision application replaces Condominium Application 42-CDM-2010-01 (Camperdown East 1) which has been withdrawn by the applicant and the condominium file official closed.
A public meeting for this proposal was held on July 8, 2019.
On July 14, 2022, Grey County Council approved the Plan of Subdivision for Eden Oak - Camperdown.
