SubscribeThe proposal includes the renovation and three-storey addition to an existing non-complying building, proposed for commercial accommodation use. The request to amend Zoning By-law 2018-65 for this development proposal is to permit an existing non-complying interior side yard setback and front yard setback as well as to permit a reduced interior side yard setback and landscape buffer for the proposed addition.

At the request of the applicant, the Public Meeting scheduled for August 29th, 2023 for the subject application has been cancelled. Notice of any future alternative Public Meeting date for the subject application will be provided in accordance with the Planning Act.
