  • Staff Report PDS.19.02 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on January 14, 2019. The report provides an overview of the application(s) and a preliminary review of applicable planning policies. Following a public meeting, staff will review and address all comments and additional issues received and present the findings in a future recommendation report. The Committee voted to receive the report for information purposes, which was ratified at the January 30, 2019, Council Meeting.

  August 26, 2019 – PDS.19.95 

  • Staff Report PDS.19.95 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on August 26, 2019. This report provides staff recommendation on applications for a Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment for Phase 4 of the Lora Bay Development. The Committee voted in favour of the motions, which were carried out at the Council Meeting on September 9, 2019.

  December 10, 2024 - PDS.24.137

  • Staff Report PDS.24.137 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on December 10, 2024. This report notifies the Council that the agreement terms for Lora Bay Phase 4 have been satisfied, and that public works are now scheduled for assumption by the Town. 

    The Committee voted in favour of enacting a By-law to approve full acceptance and assumption of the public works and to assume the roads known as West Ridge Drive and Sladden Court for public use. This By-law was formally enacted at the December 16, 2024 Council Meeting.
