OLT Hearing Scheduled Regarding Lora Bay Sales Centre
Please be advised that an appeal has been filed regarding the proposed Lora Bay Sales Centre, and a hearing has been scheduled for Ontario Land Tribunal Case Number OLT-25-000718. The hearing is set to commence on January 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
A Minor Variance application (A16-2025) for the construction of a sales office was presented to the Committee of Adjustment on August 20, 2025. At that meeting, the Committee voted not to approve the application. NG Lora Bay Limited has since filed an appeal of the Committee’s decision to the OLT.

The Lora Bay community is a large residential development in the Town of The Blue Mountains, designed to ultimately include approximately 1,025 residential units built in multiple phases and sub-phases.
