Staff Report PDS.24.003 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on January 16, 2024. This report addressed Application P3345, which proposed the creation of permanent reciprocal easements for the properties located at 150 King Street and 160 King Street. Staff Report PDS.24.069 was presented to the Committee of the Whole on April 30, 2024. The report provided staff the recommendation to approve a Town-initiated Zoning By-law Amendment to add a Holding (-h) symbol and related provisions to the current Commercial One (C1) zoning of the properties located at 150 King Street and 160 King Street. This amendment would apply restrictions to the use of the property before final Site Plan approvals and building permits can be issued.
The Committee voted 5-0 in favour of the motion, and this decision was adopted at the May 13, 2024 Council meeting.

July 2, 2024 – PDS.24.100
Staff Report PDS.24.100 was presented to the Committee of the Whole on July 2, 2024. The report provided staff recommendation to enter into a Development Charges Pre-Payment Agreement for the development project located at 150 King Street and 160 King Street. The Development Charges Pre-Payment Agreement would establish the Development Charge Rate, the timing of payments, and an interest rate charge.
The Committee voted 6-0 in favour of the motion, and this decision was adopted at the July 15, 2024 Council meeting.
