The proposal includes the construction of two three-storey mixed-use buildings at 150 King Street East, and one three-story hotel at 160 King Street East in Thornbury. The mixed-use buildings proposed for 150 King Street East include a total of 1,128sq.m. square metres of commercial space on the main-floor, and a total of forty-eight residential apartment units on the second and third storeys. Proposed unit types include a total of eighteen one-bedroom units and six two-bedroom units per building. A total of sixty-nine hotel rooms are proposed for 160 King Street East.
