January 16, 2024 – PDS.24.012
Staff Report PDS.24.012 was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on January 16, 2024. The purpose of this report is to receive direction from Council to initiate the necessary planning approvals for the development of a purpose-built rental housing project on the subject lands. The Committee voted 5-0 in favour of directing staff to prepare a Draft Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment and to schedule a Public Meeting to consider these amendments and the Land Exchange between the Town and the Developer. This decision was then ratified at the Council Meeting held on January 29, 2024.

March 17, 2026 - PBS.26.019
Staff Report PBS.26.019 was presented at the March 17, 2026, Committee of the Whole Meeting. This report is intended to inform and seek Council approval of the proposed street names for the MacPherson Builders Limited Home Farm development. The proposed street names were provided by the developer and have been approved by Town staff. The Committee voted 6-0 to receive the report and reserve the outlined street names for the development. This decision was formally adopted at the March 30, 2026, Council Meeting.
