The proposal is seeking to develop approximately 1.68ha of the subject lands for storage facility and industrial uses. The proposed facility consists of six (6) self-storage buildings and two (2) multi-unit industrial buildings. Access to the site is proposed to be provided from Clark Street and an internal road network through the site to provide access to all buildings. On-site parking is proposed with a total of 84 parking spaces.
